Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers and Methods

* We offer multiple shipping options for domestic orders, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
* Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes and may observe national holidays, which can impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

* Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.

Estimated Delivery Times

* Contiguous U.S. (48 States): Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
* Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for UPS or FedEx Ground delivery.

Shipping Rates

* Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping speed. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

International Shipping

* We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Quality Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Based on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, we’re happy to discuss any concerns to find a satisfactory solution.

Order Errors
If we make an error in your order—such as sending the wrong product or quantity—please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
For any order cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and provide a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
